Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the
Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very
helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian
bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and
elegant. Hotel is set in an historic building with 12 foot ceilings.

The hotel is located in a residential house. Standard European hotel, the optimum combination of price and quality, good European Breakfast. Convenient location. I was with a colleague on a business trip, the rooms have given next. The staff of the imperceptible. I was a feeling, that apart from us in the hotel there is none, although the hotel was more than full.

It appears to be the bestest accomodation we had during our whole trip
to Europe. Nicely decorated and tremendously clean. From the bed to the
toilet. Less then 10 steps to train stop and it is exactly right in

Everything! The staff was amazing! Even before we arrived, we had contact with staff asking if we needed any services upon arrival. After our arrival, they were helpful with making our stay more enjoyable!

I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new
and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind
that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to
practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to
pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was
healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and
bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!

This is a very modern boutique hotel with superb staff who give very professional personal attention. Bedroom and bathroom are both excellent. Wonderful shower. The hotel was very well maintained. There is a small elevator which was great for heavy bags. My room was attended every day and the towels were changed daily. The woman who cleaned the rooms did a great job and was very pleasant. The entry is a bit dark which was a little off-putting at first, but it really is more about the use of a lot of dark

The staffs are excellent, they are very nice and helpful.
The location of the hotel is good, easy to get to the main attractions and all the public transportation in Milan. But, it is a little bit difficult to find the hotel at the beginning.
The hotel is really good for single travellers especially for those who would like to walk through the city like me.

the edge of the cathedral plaza. Handy to most of the main attractions
