We really had a great experience with vip Venice. You have to meet the
vip person at the dock and they take you to the apartment. When we first
arrived we made a few mistakes with the boat and arrived about 45
minutes after we were supposed to. No problem, the vip rep waited for us
patiently outside in quite warm weather and was very understanding

Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes!

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ur checkout process offering to sotre our bags if we needed for a few hours and things like that. - The hotel was in a very good position and was easy to find, our standard double room was a good size and very quiet at night and the the en suite bathroom was stylish and immaculate. All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was raining and they had umbrellas for us to use. They also allowed free use of the internet for each of us for 15 minutes, that was just enough to catch up with future arrangements and home. - It was a beautiful apartment, super clean and spacious. Rooms were new and spacious. The staff were great and very accomadating as they had just opened this location. Had coffe each day waiting outside the room and a bottle of champaign upon arrival.

Central, it was so convenient to walk everywhere. The apartments ofwhich we had two were spacious, with high ceilings and the mod cons ofhome, which were appreciated after two weeks of travelling. The fact that they offered an inroom washing machine was very convenient for us. We traveled for ourhoneymoon and upon arrival we received a bottle of Prosecco and munchiesfrom Paolo and Patricia. My husband I booked a 1-bed apartment. Due to the unexpected snow and high tide this apartment wasn't available so we were upgraded to Ca'Paradiso a 2-bed apartment overlooking the canal. We were so pleased with our apartment. It had everything we needed and the view was amazing - it was like looking at a postcard!

The location of the hotel was perfect, just 5min walk to St Mark's
Cathedral, and on a very fancy street with many brands' stores. The
staff was very friendly (thanks to Reymond). The hotel by mistake charge
our money before we go, but as an apologize they offered us a free

for us, and the bathroom was completely renewed. On the breakfast they

Apartment was nice and big with a terrace. Kitchen was also suitably
equipped with stove, fridge and oven (no micro wave). Close to Arsenale
boat stop. Very quiet neighborhood, almost no tourists. -
Location is excellent. The apartment is close to the Rialto bridge. The
bed is comfortable.
