The location in the neighbourhood of the Salute church is ideal. When arriving with the vaporetto at the stops of Academia or Zattere, you can go with your luggage trolley to this B&B without CLIMBING over one bridge, just roll ! Probably the nicest place my girlfriend and I stayed at during our trip
through Italy. (Admittedly, we were traveling on a budget and mostly
renting through airbnb.) This is a true B&B, with Massimo and his
wife coming in the morning to make us coffee. They were very friendly,
telling us to make ourselves at home and opening up the various cakes
and pastries in the kitchen. Venice is expensive, but Ca' Santo
Spirito was fairly good value for city.

Fantastic location (5-10 minutes to St Marco Square) and super friendly and helpful staff. Mario happily greeted us for a very late 11:30 PM check-in when our flight was delayed. A lovely breakfast of cheese, meat, eggs, fruit, pastries, cereals, juice and coffee/tea. Room was large and airy with a private courtyard. We got great recommend

For the price, it had just about everything. The shower room was spacious and well heated; the bedroom was fine; the breakfast room served a good range of food (although the bread was dry on one morning of our 4-day stay); the location was well-nigh perfect. Being able to store baggage after checking out was a boon.

Easy to get to, we found the place very easy as it was near the vaporatto stop. There is a really good map on the website that shows a red line of the path you should take to get there.
Very convenient as it is close to everything.
The internet worked well for the most part.
Breakfast was pretty basic but gave us a nice start to the day. -

Excellent hotel location for walks in Venezia: most of tourist attractions can be simply reached. At the same time hotel is situated in quiet nice corner near Grand Canal, so crowds of tourists do not seriously disturb. It is wonderful breakfast in the hotel. Nice, cosy room with air conditioning. We had very friendly staff who told us where good local restaurants and tourist attractions were. Extremely helpful desk clerk who spoke very good English. Loved the location once we found it (but he was helpful with directions too). Espresso machine at breakfast was great (do it yourself) - Clean good sized room. Bedding for 5 is quite rare but is great for larger families, convenient location, good transport link close by.
