Perfect location in Muggia, a nice little town outside of Trieste. The owner, Lydia, was very nice and helpful with everything from restaurants to contacts with the police when we got parking fines! Owners' customer approach is commendable and one of the greatest advantages of the place. The hotel is small and cosy, rooms are clean and equipped with air conditioning, which is a plus in hot weather.

Nedelko (Reception staff member) was smiling, funny & helpful - he helped us learn a few Italian words & answered our lame tourist questions! Rooms are spacious & double glazed windows help shut out traffic noise. Tip - ask for a room on the first floor as there is no elevator. I would stay here again if I was fortunate enough to visit

Perfect location, near sea and in the very center of old part of the town. Very helpful staff, they let us enter the room before 9:00 am on the first day and kept our luggage until 8:00 pm on the last day. Our room was on the first floor and had excellent Internet signal, while our friend on the 3rd floor had poor signal but still strong enough to

Staff were very friendly and helpful, I did not arrive in Trieste until midnight as was delayed en route - despite the inconvenience to them they stayed open for me to check in. Breakfast was excellent, a good choice of breads, savouries and tea/coffee. Great location, only minutes from centre and train station, hotel is on very quiet road.
