It is one block away from lepanto metro station and 10 mins away from Vatican by feet,really good location,and lepanto district looked much safer to us than termini district. The room was incredibly clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok and you can choose btwn salty and sweet. With the furnitures,window blinds,high ceiling etc. you get the feeling that you are staying in a home instead of a hotel in Rome. The Owner is an interesting lady who keeps the place in a perfect way.
Room are spacious with a large bathroom. The guest house is on the 3th
floor of a old nice building. It is really nice and you will have the
feeling to be in house more than a Hotel. It is safe and well located.

Such a lovely b n b. The location is really nice - away from the busy streets of the centro storico. We felt like we were living with the locals but also had plenty nearby shops/restaurants.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. I did not meet the owners eye to eye, but did ask few extra's to make my stay more special and they happily helped , I even got nicer room as expected ..I would definelly reccomend this place to stay in Rome..Thank you Mariana for beautiful breakfast :)

We wanted a place close enough to the Vatican City, metro and bus stop
so we can eat breakfast in the morning and not come back until we were
done enjoying Rome for the day. This is just what we wanted. Nice place,
no luxuries but with great staff and outstanding service. Fresh
espresso/capucino in the morning with continental breakfast.

The hotel was very close to the Vatican, extremely clean, Roberto and the other staff were great. This was a last minute booking and I lucked out finding it since it was extremely busy in Rome on that weekend. I was very pleased with everything.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Everything was brand-new inside it, shower was huge and so the room. Breakfast was OK, not a giant buffet but there was everything we like, so... ;-)
Air conditioning is provided and works very well, and this can be helpful if you're travelling to Rome in summer.

exceptionally clean with modern decor. The staff were very friendly
and helpful. The hotel itself was a 5 minute walk away from the
Vatican and about 20 minutes to the other main attractions such as the
