Very friendly staff and clean room. Very comfortable beds .The breakfast
was also very good and on informing the staff I was coeliac before
visiting they were happy to accommodate me with wheat free bread free of
charge. The location was excellent a few minutes from the accadamia
bridge and waterbus. I would certainly stay there again and also
recommend this hotel.

This is my second visit to the wonderful hotel and it will not be my last! The location is amazing, only 1 bridge to cross with your suit case from the water stop, situated minutes from San Marco and the Grand Canal. As a solo traveller I walked back to the hotel well after midnight, to a warm and welcoming reception. Nothing is too much trouble

The staff were just brilliant, welcoming, friendly, helpful and they even kept their cool when our 5 year old spilt her yoghurt over their beautiful carpet at breakfast. The room was top class and very comfortable for a family of 4. The motel is in a top spot so close to all the action. P.S don't be put off by the alleyway entrance. We were initally concerned it was going to be a dinghy place but we were pleasantly surprised.

The location was INCREDIBLE! The room was perfect and even had a roomy balcony. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The staff were fantastic: friendly, obliging, and went the extra mile
whenever we asked for anything.
The hotel is small but our room was quite large. The whole place is well kept, comfortable and, coupled with the warm service, has a very homely feel.
It is 2 mins walk to St. Marks Sq and about 4-5 mins walk to the Rialto Bridge. Having said that

The layout is such that all of our three rooms were a few steps from
where the owner or other staff were seated. They were very attentive to
our needs, We came in two groups and both needed help finding the place.

All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Very friendly! They make you feel number 1 as a guest! Little cute breakfastroom but everything you need is there. The hotel is absolutely central in Venezia, San Marco and Rialto are really near, Lido in 20 Minutes by Boat. Next boatstation (Sant' Angelo) is about a minute away.
