The hotel is positioned in a quiet side street and was a tad more expensive than we usually pay for our city breaks but we thought it was good value in relation to the other hotels in the area.
But it was well furnished and we had the canal view, which was lovely.
But the bed was extra- large and very comfy.

Very central boutique hotel within 5 mins of St Marks......loved the gondolas passing the door of the hotel & some had singers/guitar players ....the singing was brilliant !!!
The staff were all friendly & very helpful. The room we had was a junior suite & for 3 women sharing was a bit on the small side but we managed. I would recommend that the hotel get rid of the excercise bike & replace it with a chest of drawers or another wardrobe !!!!

very clean, very helpful staff, including a bag breakfast on our departure morning. very customer focused - The hotel is very well positioned in Venice. It is in a quiet area, but is also only a short walk to the major sights. Best of both worlds.

The room exceeded our expectation. It was large, very clean, and updated. All of the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. - Hotel was of a good standard and had an excellent location. Staff were always courteous and helpful.

Although the menu was the same each day, the food was plentiful freshly prepared. The breakfast room staff were very accomodating. The front desk staff were very attentive to any requests, very helpful and graciously answered our many questions, especially Carlos. The room and hotel was very clean and nicely furnished. It's a good value for the money spent in a city where some businesses easily gouge tourists. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, providing answers to every question we had. The breakfast is a cut above the standard European fare and the location can't be beat.

The room (room 106 on first floor), was big and light with two big windows overlooking the canal, one of which opened out onto a small balcony.The bed was two beds pushed together and may be a bit firm for some people. There was a big wardrobe and drawers, a 'safe' and a dressing table plus small table and two chairs, good lighting and a big mirro

This hotel was absolutely stunning! We had the junior suite with a canal view and it was amazing! The room was beautifully decorated! This hotel room, experience and location was the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend it! Even though the junior suite is a bit more money than the regular rooms, if you are wanting to treat yourself while in Italy for a couple days, I would definitely spend the extra money on this room!! Also, the breakfast was very good, even the view was amazing there! Lo

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση ήταν οι ανέσεις οι οποίες προσφέρονταν σε όλους τους τομείς, Υποδοχή, Εξυπυρέτηση, Καθαρίότητα, Παροχές. Συγχαρητήρια...!!! - Το δωμάτιο deluxe ήταν υπέροχο και πολύ άνετο. Το ξενοδοχείο σε κεντρικό σημείο πολύ κοντά στο Rialto and San Marco

This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back but ask for waterside room. -

They had thoroughly enjoyed their stay and they had been treated with great courtesy. They also enjoyed their evening meals at the Hotel restaurant (half board). They said the views from the winter garden were magnificent.

what can I say? fantastic hotel in every way, arrived very late about 11.30, staff were very helpful, gave us complementary drinks, bedroom out of this world with messanie floor, décor amazing, they had to give us 2 rooms instead of three because of computer problem with an upgrade, we loved it so much we decided to stay there the next night although hotel wanted to give us three room the next night, with complementary breakfast on top! breakfast eat as much as you like and only cost 16 euros e
