The staff (all) were very welcoming,and went that one extra step, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights and had the room near the entrance yes you could hear everyone coming in, but a small thing. Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Everything was wonderful! The best location, 5-10 minutes from Termini train station and metro, everything is within a walking distance, many cafes, restaurants,mini markets and shops around. The hotel was comfortable,very clean,quiet,with a/c and Mrs Mila took a very good care of us while we were there and we thank her truly! Very nice breakfast as well! I would surely stay there again!

Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini.
The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable.
Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy.
In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

The staff were beyond helpful and kind. Spoke clearly and had pre planned all possibilities, including a highlighted map and some fantastic affordable restaurant options which we went to and were superb! Comfortable beds and both rooms and bathroom were sparkling clean! Right in the shopping central but beautifully quiet. Cannot praise it highly enough!
