  The hotel was easy to find and quick to get to from the station. We emailed to say our arrival time and check directions. We received a swift reply with a map which explained that we had to look for Hotel Azzi. The reception downstairs was the check in for all the B&Bs. Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Pantheon. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us an extra room when they had a vacancy next to ours for no extra charge. They provided the BEST breakfast buffet!

  Travelling with a friend and they gave us a spacious room with a double bed and a single bed. The room was fully air-conditioned and very clean. The hotel itself is secure and only a short walk from the main train station (but unlike a lot of other cities the area around the train station is actually quite nice). The breakfast was also far above our expectations. This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget. It was perfect for our needs.

  The hotel is about 4 minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient and there are restaurant nearby.   The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are very charming with high ceilings, and actually had a bathtub which has been uncommon traveling in Europe.   Hotel Arianna was a fantastic place to stay! We were welcomed by the owner who was the most lovely,friendly and helpful lady you could ever wish for. Her husband and daughter were also equally as nice even their pet dog was great! He is very nice to introduce the interesting places to me and help me print out the ticket for museum the next day with patient. It's near the train station and not far away from interesting places. I slept very well that night. The room is very comfortable and clean.

  The hotel is in an extremely good location--easy access to the train station and restaurants. The staff were very helpful as described in other customer comments. The hotel and its rooms are extremely safe as they are behind several entrances and on the third floor (with an elevator).   We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. We got the room with a backyard view which was relatively quiet. I can imagine the street view rooms can be quite noisy. We were two but the room was for three so it was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was ok with hot water available at all times. The room was cleaned daily. It was a Sunday so the parking was free if, you could find a spot. The nice man went out and moved his car so we could take his park space.
