  The hotel is centrally located on Lido Island. The hotel and room were very clean and modern. Breakfast was served in a bright room and was what you expect (meats cheeses, rolls, coffee...). The hotel is located just off main street that has lots of restaurants and shopping. The beach is a 5 minute walk and is great for shell collecting! Overall a nice quiet place to stay away from the crowds of V - The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. They kindly provided useful information and tips for touring Venice. The room was clean and quiet, it was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The air-condition was adequate. The hotel was located away from the main street. At first, we had some difficulty to find it. But once we found it, it was very easy. We enjoyed our staying.

  A perfect 10-minute walk to the vaporetto station and a great outdoor restaurant just around the corner. Lido is SO MUCH quieter than Venice, with a nice sandy public beach just 5 minutes the other direction. La Pergola's breakfast is more than adequate, with a bottomless coffee/expresso machine. The free WiFi reception wa - Pleasant hotel, dead-end street, calm environment, close to the beach. Otherwise, comfortable, quiet, the staff is anxious that I recommend.
