Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση ήταν οι ανέσεις οι οποίες προσφέρονταν σε όλους τους τομείς, Υποδοχή, Εξυπυρέτηση, Καθαρίότητα, Παροχές. Συγχαρητήρια...!!! - Το δωμάτιο deluxe ήταν υπέροχο και πολύ άνετο. Το ξενοδοχείο σε κεντρικό σημείο πολύ κοντά στο Rialto and San Marco

The Hotel Ai Due Principi has a fantastic location, very near St Mark's but on a quiet, beautiful canal. It has an old façade but was obviously gutted and totally redone inside so the rooms and bathrooms are very modern and comfortable. Excellent choice, the best hotel I have ever stayed in Europe for a fair price. Location is good as well, near the S.Zacaria vaporetto station.

First time in Venice, first time at Aqua Palace. Very nice hotel, very
friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is not easy to find (actually -
nothing is easy to find in Venice except main landmarks) so be prepared
to walk aroung for an hour or so until you get used to the location.
Hotel has it's own pier so it is very easy to get if you take a
water taxi or private boat from aiport or train station. Overall - will
recommend the hotel.

Charming, friendly and extremely helpful staff. A minor quibble: no waste paper basket(s) in the big gorgeous beamed room--a free upgrade from that requested. Unique design of room #401 (with stairs up and down to bathroom which was a shower only(but beautifully equipped) made it a little awkward to navigate. There should be a house phone in the ba

The bathroom was a bit small but very clean. The walk to the main areas of the city was about 10-15mins and very pleasant. From the hotel it is only a 4 minute walk to the Fondamente Nuova to get boats to Murano and Burrano. 3 mins from a main shopping area with cafe's etc.Staff were excellent.

We loved staying in this gracious palazzo. Very friendly staff who treated us like family. nothing was too much trouble. I also liked the location, away from the main tourist area but only 5 minutes walk away. The garden is also wonderful and we eat breakfast out in the sunshine each day. I would highly recommend this hotel and would go there again

The staff and management treated us like family friends rather than paying guests and it was one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed. Nothing was too much trouble and there were many little extras provided free of charge, which only added to the pleasure. The room was wonderful, full of atmosphere and beautifully appointed. I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends without hesitation.

Train, catch the #1 Water Taxi, and get off about 4 stops down at

It's a good value for the money spent in a city where some businesses easily gouge tourists. The staff are very friendly and accomodating, providing answers to every question we had. The breakfast is a cut above the standard European fare and the location can't be beat.

I was initially a Venice sceptic but the magic of the place, and in particular this modern hotel, made it truly phenomenal.
