We stayed three nights at the hotel and enjoyed every minute. I had all sorts of problems that stressed me out the day I checked in. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped me out blocks away with heavy luggage because he could not find the street and When i finally arrived I realized I had managed to lose the key to my suitcase! Also the light was out in part of my room.the young staff kindly helped me to sort out all of this. Also The breakfast arrived bang on the time I asked for it. My feedback is all about the service. Location is great, right in the heart of Trastevere....yet it is so quiet inside the house that one could think this is not in Rome.
