Lovely stay - we had the room pictured, which had great character and was spacious and clean. Good location for metro, neighbourhood drinks, walking distance to major sites. Everything! The staff was amazing! Even before we arrived, we had contact with staff asking if we needed any services upon arrival. After our arrival, they were helpful with making our stay more enjoyable!

I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new
and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind

Decor and design are very tasteful and chic. Fantastic to stay in city yet still be surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens. Very peaceful, and the breakfast was one of the best I have had on our many travels. - Everything was just great although we did not eat in the main restaurant.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. I was able to register with the promise that I would notify my son for help with payment later on in the day because of time difference. Excellent staff: knowledgeable, kind, helpful. The location is superb. And for a 3 star, family-run hotel in Milan, the value for money was terrific. - Victoria, the receptionist was excellent! Went above and beyond her duties in making us feel comfortable and cared for.
