Everything! The staff was amazing! Even before we arrived, we had contact with staff asking if we needed any services upon arrival. After our arrival, they were helpful with making our stay more enjoyable!

I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new
and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind
that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to
practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to
pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was
healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and
bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!

hotel was very helpful and kind to my situation. My purse was stolen the day before with all my credit cards and passport. I was able to register with the promise that I would notify my son for help with payment later on in the day because of time difference. They even arranged for a car for me to the airport and charging it to my son's card. I

Location is perfect: really two steps to metro, direct line (2 stations to Duamo, 1 station to Melpensa airport express). We lived in double, it has original moden design. Camperio House is one of the absolute best and most comfortable hotels that we have stayed at during our travels throughout Europe. It is centrally located, Sylvia at the front desk was exceptional and went beyond what was expected and made our stay extremely enjoyable. The breakfast buffet with eggs was good, and the bed was actually comfortable.

The beds are very comfortable and the classic room is reasonably spacious with a mini fridge and kettle if those things are important to you.
The location of the hotel could not be better for getting around Milan. Very close to Metro and just off of the pedestrianised path to the Duomo. Easy walk to Brera, La Scala etc.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It appears to be the bestest accomodation we had during our whole trip

The service from all the staff was excellent. From the initial confirmation email asking us if they could help with transfer services, what kind of pillows we wanted, sound dock for iphone, etc. We asked for them to arrange a car to pick us from the airport at 6.00am Arriving at the hotel we were greeted like famiily friends, offered coffees as th

The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day.
The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom.
The bathroom: WOW. Separate shower and soaking tub. First class amenities including bath salts

helpful staff - I prefer to stay in a centrally located hotel even if it is not as luxurious as one that is outside the center so for me this hotel was very good. I could walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Good restaurants nearby. Thanks

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room was spacious and airy. Plenty of light during the day and after dark, so cheerful and lots of room. The Porter who helped us with luggage etc was delightful and so helpful and welcoming. Staff are charming universally. Coffee was wonderful! The position is perfect for all the places you want to

I like very much your hotel because it is elegant, not too large and privately owned, quiet and exactly in the centre of Milano, the town where I was born many many years ago.
