I was so delighted to have found this hotel, which really made my trip,
and I would recommend it to anyone. Perfect location: in a beautiful
area of Venice. Very close (2 mins walk) to vapouretti stop on Grand
canal. Short and lovely boat trip to St Marks Square. So can easily pop

In venice it is all about walking. There arent cars, taxi or buses. So

The room was well-kept and quite large, with a comfortable bed, large flat screen tv, and a mini fridge. The bathroom was wonderful! There was a jacuzzi tub in ours, as well as a double sink and lots of room. The breakfast was good, with many options.

I actually had booked this hotel as the rate was one of the lowest in Venice Center, however I was not quite sure as the photos on letsbookhotel.com does not look so good. As soon as you step inside you feel the friendliness and warmth of a family-based business. We had a room with a canal view, the beds were cozy and the shower great - all of this more than made up for the humble furnishings. Just 5 minutes from the station, and the restaurant next door is good. We won't bother looking anywhere else for our stays in Venice.

Our room was at the Biasin side, first floor with great views on the bridge and canal. Newly renovated bathroom, spacious 3 pers. room. Wifi worked in the room too (above the lobby). issues on this side. Staff very helpful, we got to check in early as the
room was ready and they kept our bags safe on the last day until late at
