The best location in Venice. Right on the square so we were able to sit in the air conditioned room and look out over the crowded square. It was very warm outside, but cool inside. Beautifully decorated Venetian room. Nice bathroom too. Be aware you have to check in at a hotel around the corner.

The location was INCREDIBLE! The room was perfect and even had a roomy balcony. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The desk was manned 24/7 and they were always polite and very helpful with suggestions and questions. It's about 2 minutes walk from the Ducal Palace and the waterbus stop. We really had a great experience with vip Venice. You have to meet the
vip person at the dock and they take you to the apartment. When we first
arrived we made a few mistakes with the boat and arrived about 45
