For a budget accomodation around lake Como this is excellent! The rather small but sufficient apartment seemed recently updated (tiles in bathroom, window/door to the patio) and the sheets and towels were of good quaility and new (although you do have to put the sheets on yourself). The pool was a almost always empty and our children loved it. There was a very safe toddlers part of the pool as well. It is very close to the beach and great for windsurfers.
