Everything was great - thank you! - The breakfast is outstanding, by far the best breakfast I've ever had that was included in the room rate with a wide selection of everything you can think of.

We were staying in Milan and decided last minute to visit Como so booked this place the night before driving out. We arrived too early to check in but the lady on reception was very pleasant and gave us some suggestions of what to do in the meantime. Later the gentleman on reception was just as helpful and kind with his superb restaurant recommend

Excellent location, in the center of the old town. The hotel is new, nice, clean and very comfortable. the staff at the reception very helpful and nice, especially Elisabeth who knew that it was my birthday during my stay so she managed to surprise me by putting a beautiful gift on my bed. i simply loved the hotel.

Βρίσκεται στο Ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης του Κομο, και αυτό έχει σαν αποτέλεσμα να μετακινήσαι γρήγορα για βόλτες και φαγητό, καθώς και δίπλα στην Λίμνη του Κόμο.Σίγουρα όμως είναι καλύτερα να μείνει κάποιος στην καινούργια πτέρυγα παρά στο παλιό κτίριο, που απ' έξω τουλάχιστον δεν έχει ανακαινιστεί. - Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο σε καλή τοποθεσία με πρόσβαση

The staff at the Albergo Terminus were excellent. From the moment wearrived they were extremely helpful offering great restaurantsuggestions, arranging transportation to and from Milan, setting up aspecial dining area for our group of nine, even helping me to locate mycellphone that I lost on a day trip to Bergamo. The hotel has a pleasantly old-fashioned feel to it but the service was spot on. The staff were courteous and helpful, even to the point of retrieving a lost cardigan from the Villa Carlotta and posting it on. We had a particularly friendly waiter who introduced us to his wife when we met in town on his day off! -

We found a small restuarant just up the road called La Perla that was perfect with fresh tasty food and super service.
Hotel food was fine too and the waiter was a character.

Εγκαταστάσεις, τοποθεσία, πρωινό, φιλικό προσωπικό - Location is perfect, atmosphere is perfect, service is perfect, what else can I say... - This hotel sits on the side of lake Como, with excellent views, (spend a little extra for a room with a view, it will be worth it )! Central position in the town near shops etc.

Kind personal and fairly good breakfast. Nothing fancy, just annoter hotel. Maybe not that good value for money compared to other cities, but generally the cities around lago como are expensive, so in that respect the price is okay. It's coviniently placed between the railway station and the historical part of the city -

The staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us.
A lovely hotel which we would go back to.

The hotel had large rooms, was very clean, and had good WiFi internet availability for free (I've come to realize this is not all that common in Italian hotels). There is also a very nice restaurant in the same building, with a nice garden view, good food, and wonderful service. The owner was wonderful. I had accidentally booked the room one wee

I really loved the view of the alps, the location, the staff hospitality, breakfast was delicious with your choice of coffee flavor:) The hotel is brand new and had wife and cable included. Price was reasonable for the amenities and location. I will definitely came back
