We arrived early into Como hoping we could leave our luggage at the office to explore the region, thankfully and graciously we were able to go straight into our apartment which was much larger than antisipated. With only one full day in Como this was such a help. The two ladies I spoke with were lovely as was the property. Quite beautiful and room

We were staying in Milan and decided last minute to visit Como so booked this place the night before driving out. We arrived too early to check in but the lady on reception was very pleasant and gave us some suggestions of what to do in the meantime. Excellent location, in the center of the old town. The hotel is new, nice, clean and very comfortable. the staff at the reception very helpful and nice, especially Elisabeth who knew that it was my birthday during my stay so she managed to surprise me by putting a beautiful gift on my bed. i simply loved the hotel.

This hotel was in the perfect location right on the lake. Our room was basic but very clean & comfortable with a lake view. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The on-site restaurant was fantastic! The food was delicious and Giorgio & the other waiters were great, the complimentary limoncello finished the night off perfectly! Prices were very reasonable too. The staff were absolutely delightful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Gabriella really bent backwards for us. We arrived really late and she organised for us to pick up the key and access the apartment. She gave us great advice on things to see and do in the area and find parking. The apartment is big, very clean and comfortable, and close to shops, old town, lake, and market. The apartment is situated on a quiet street less than 10mins walk from the centre of Como, the manager Gabriella was very warm and welcoming, the apartment was bigger than expected, it was very clean and comfortable. It also came with a fully equipped kitchen which was very useful as were very close to the local fresh food market so we cooked a couple of evenings. Really enjoyed staying here in Como and would definitely recommend it.

Just been recently renovated. Extremely clean, comfortable and very friendly service. On arrival offered a cup of coffee or tea. Very welcomed after a long trip. Helpful and flexible. Lovely breakfast. Freshly baked croissants each morning. Would definitely go back. Great for families or couples. Owner was preparing newly renovated self contained apartments. I am sure they will be beautiful like the one we stayed in.

The hotel has a pleasantly old-fashioned feel to it but the service was spot on. The staff were courteous and helpful, even to the point of retrieving a lost cardigan from the Villa Carlotta and posting it on.
