The location is amazing. We were backpacking as a family, and the central train station is a ten minute walk at most. The 'hotel' is right in the center of the city. The man (Herman) who runs the place is charming, and will ride up on his bike at a moments notice to provide anything you may need. He even brought cold bottled water and left in in o

The location was great, only a five minute walk from the train station and the "main" Piazza is only a short walk away. The man that runs the place is always very helpful and will do his best to make you feel welcome and appreciated.

You get your own key to the building and it almost feels like you have your own apartment in the city of Bologna :)

The location of the apartment in this sympathetic town is extremely central; perfect right in the middle of the town. Everything is new, tasteful and spotless clean. It's a very comfortable apartment. If you stay for a longer period of time: remember there's no washing machine for your clothes. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. -

We arrived at the hotel apartment around 6.30pm, an hour or so later than expected. I called the number of the hotel and a lady came to open up for us. Wonderful place with fantastic ambiance. Location is fantastic - 5 minutes on foot from 2 towers, lot of restaurants around. Our number was well-designed, with beautiful antique bureau and table and had (apart from the main window) - a little round nice window that made the ambiance in our room really magical! 2 beds were comfortable. Once you enter the hotel, everything you see is very modern and finished to the highest of standards. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff, although some of them could have better English, were helpful. The receptionist even printed out a map for us with the directions to the closest bus stop for the Airport shuttle bus. Will definitely return to the hotel if I am in Bologna again.

The ladies at reception were incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is located just off of the main street close to the main square. We stayed in Appartamenti building number 1 which is so very close to the centre it couldn't have been better. Large room, large bathroom along with an outdoor area for guests use. The price we paid and what we got it couldn't be better. (make sure you go to parent hotel for brekky as fresh juice and "real" coffee) - very well located, very friendl
