Very friendly and pleasant personel! I came a bit before check-in time and they provided me double room instead of single one, so that I had a possibility to change and take a city tour. Service in the hotel exactly as described, I took a bicycle there(unfortunately they have got only one) and afterwards used free wireless internet at my room. Bes

Good location - free atmosphere of University-blok, bus c from train-
station is near by, 2 min by walk from Two Towers and then close - city
center. Very clean, comfortable big room and bathroom. Beautifull and

Once you enter the hotel, everything you see is very modern and finished to the highest of standards. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff, although some of them could have better English, were helpful. The receptionist even printed out a map for us with the directions to the closest bus stop for the Airport shuttle bus. Will definitely return to the hotel if I am in Bologna again.

the perfect place to stay in Bologna
We stayed for 1 week and thought it the perfect place.
it is across the road from the famous two leaning towers and less than 5 minutes walk from the main square. The residence is on the 3rd floor \ piano and there is an exellent lift.
We had a large room with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, chairs

Room was spacious with comfortable bet and well-equipped bathroom. When I made the reservation there was an error (completely my fault) and a shared bathroom was booked instead of private bath. They were able to offer a private bathroom for the first night and allowed me to cancel for the second, though they had no obligation to do so, so that I could stay at a hotel nearby with private bath. This consideration of the client's comfort is admirable and I greatly appreciated it.
