The room was very nice and clean. The staff didn't speak english, but they were friendly nonetheless. Very friendly and pleasant personel! I came a bit before check-in time and they provided me double room instead of single one, so that I had a possibility to change and take a city tour. The location is amazing. We were backpacking as a family, and the central train station is a ten minute walk at most. The 'hotel' is right in the center of the city. The man (Herman) who runs the place is charming, and will ride up on his bike at a moments notice to provide anything you may need. He even brought cold bottled water and left in in o

The location was great, only a five minute walk from the train station and the "main" Piazza is only a short walk away. The man that runs the place is always very helpful and will do his best to make you feel welcome and appreciated.

You get your own key to the building and it almost feels like you have your own apartment in the city of Bologna :)

The location of the apartment in this sympathetic town is extremely central; perfect right in the middle of the town. Everything is new, tasteful and spotless clean. It's a very comfortable apartment. If you stay for a longer period of time: remember there's no washing machine for your clothes. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. -

Excellent hotel. It should be 4*, not 3*. Very good room, breakfast, free (!) parking at hotel's territory. I recommend this hotel ! - The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was well presented and the room was comfortable and kept very clean.
