The location, just inside the city walls and with a look to the harbour from the breakfest terrace is exellent. There is no nolise from the piazza below and the aircon is effective and quiet.
Even the 5 to 10 minutes walk along the harbour to the parking lot is enjoyable.
The host and his staff is very helpfull giving a first class treatment. -

We arrived early and the staff held our bags so we could go wander around until check in. Great breakfast buffet variety. The staff was more than happy to help us and provide information. The room was very large and comfortable. The facilities were superb. The fridge was fully laden with water cheese ham yogurts milk cold drinks, and the cupboard was stacked with bread croissants cutlery tea coffee. More than enough. We had a fine balcony and although it overlooked the street, it was nice to be able to sit out and enjoy a tea time drink. It is centrally located only 2 minutes walk from the front and the old town. Couldn't fault it.

Paula was a wonderful hostess, greeting us on arrival and explaining
everything, including giving us details on local tourist spots. The room
was large, comfortable and clean (cleaned every day after 10am). It

We thoroughly enjoyed it! Negative reviews did worry, but I think you need to remember it's a 3 star hotel and a great 3 star at that. Staff were helpful, friendly and allowed us to check out late. The owner was very friendly, helpful and spoke good english. The apartment was big and clean, equiped with everything you need. It is placed in central position - quite close to the town centre, few steps to the town beach and not far from the nice Maria Pia beach. -

This is a small family run B&B. They really are inviting you into their home and city. Maria Grazia is there for breakfast and is eager to help with any recommendations for your stay, and she speaks perfect English. The rooms are clean and well kept. Nice large balcony. The breakfast was very filling. They kept our bags for the day as we had a night flight, and were even kind enough to let us shower after we returned from the beach. Overall great stay.
