Much more beautiful than the photos suggest. The reception area is all open and very welcoming with friendly staff although all very young they seem to do a good job. The rooms were very spacious.. We were greeted by the warm and friendly staff at the hotel lobby. It was a very cozy atmosphere. We stayed in the one-bedroom villa and the atmosphere was perfect for a honeymoon. Their room service was really good. Our room was always clean for the 2 nights we stayed there. Staff customer service exceeded our expectations.
Breakfast was vast and of a very high quality.
Guests common facilities (gardens, pool, restaurants) are impeccable.
Staff really care about the guest, is genuine. They are not just doing their job but struggle to make you feel comfortable.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and go again if I have the opportunity.

I think the hotel is the best one in the island. Only 2 minutes away from the best beach in the island. I really enjoyed the view of the beautiful garden and the water pool too. I could feel really comfortable staying there. The room was really clean and wide. Having breakfast at the dining seeing the garden was fantastic. The manager is really friendly and kind. I recommend to stay here!

We loved our time here, the resort is right on the beach and right by the restaurants. Gili Air is far quieter than Gili T so this is no problem at all as everything winds down by 11. The pool is divine and snorkelling is on your doorstep. The accommodation was unique and we enjoyed the 2 story villa. Very relaxing and very required after Gili T!

The pool was wonderful with a great swim up bar. Staff were friendly. Perfect location and very quiet. On the beach as well as being right in the heart of Senggigi.
