An absolutely amazing hotel! The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and provided great service. Paradise. Pure paradise.
The level of attention to detail in this place is astounding, it is very beautiful and you really do feel faaaaaar away from reality.
Everything is on your terms. No waking up early for breakfast - you decide when you want it, where you want it and what you want. Relaxation to the max.
Ridiculously romantic.
The staff are always very friendly and very helpful. You get the impression that they really do enjoy what they do.

Spent 3 days in this family-owned small hotel (only 6 suites). It feels like paradise on earth. The setting is beautiful and quiet around a big pool. The hotel is an older established complex with lush tranquil gardens. If you are after something modern then book elsewhere. Great spot to relax. Every single interaction with the Sheraton staff was a pleasant experience. They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie. We felt like movie stars lying beside the gorgeous pool. The private beach was lovely to stroll on, no hawkers. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar daily was great value and a lovely setting. And the gardens were Devine.

We loved the range of facilities that were available. From the clean private beach, luxurious pool, games, turtle hatchery, pony stable and dive center.

We loved Laguna and Gili T as a whole. The staff were very welcoming and friendly which made our stay even more enjoyable. Rooms are very well presented and although some people may think they look tired, we ha no complaints.

Loved the friendly staff. Always happy to chat to us and help us out. The breakfast each morning was delicious! You could have whatever you wanted from the menu. The rooms cleaned daily and extremely spacious. Opposite the beach. Nice and quiet and away from the noise of the bars etc, being a small island it only takes you 10 minutes to get to everything and 5 minutes later you are out of it all again anyway. Beautiful snorkelling area right out the front and only two doors down from Mango Dive
