All the staff were of the highest standard,
and sincerely friendly. Lying by the pool & being able to watch your son surf is the perfect location. Restaurants food fantastic and again service perfect. Breakfast was great. The smart deal price made it the best value. Loved the complimentary afternoon teas & cocktail party. Extremely peacef

Very warm and kind welcoming of the staff when we arrived and also during our stay. You can ask anything.
The breakfast and location is great. One of the nicest pools in the area, just at the beach. What we liked to is that the hotel is located where the road between the beach and the pool is blocked for motorbikes. This makes it a very quite place to relax.

The staff were incredibly attentive, the facilities and pool bar were
amazing and beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, clean and reasonably
modern and the location is a short walk from cheap Kuta and classy
Seminyak, right across the street from a great surf beach. The happy
hour prices were really great and the food by the pools was delicious.

Great hotel, but everyone knows that! Location is excellent and facilities are first class. Rooms are all good, we probably had the most basic (garden view) but they were very new and clean. Good pools and one of the best stretches of beach right out front.

The service was simply excellent. Friendly staff whose smiles seem genuine and who bothered to remember your name.
Most staff were great. Just to mention a few whose names I remember -- Twi, Dwi, Dias...and many others. Even the guards were nice.
Beds are firm and comfy. The place is clean, clean, clean.

On last day of my stay -
We stayed at The Magani and had the most wonderful experience. We were on honeymoon and received a free upgrade on arrival to a massive room with an outdoor jacuzzi! The staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Great cocktail list and their in house restaurant has a wide range of food to cater to all tastes. The pool bar is a fantastic bonus (although it's location means the sun only shines there till the afternoon) less than 7 minutes to kuta beach which is one

Everything about hotel terrace was lovely. The staff where absolutely beautiful & so kind. Always willing to help us when we needed something. The location of the hotel was perfect for us aswell, very easy to get to and from places.
All the other guests that stayed at hotel terrace where very respectful. I would defiantly stay at hotel terrace again.

nice, clean, value for money, cozy and serene hotel. the hotel staff (manager) told us that they hardly accept guest with too many kids as they want to maintain the serenity, also guest in groups are limited. In which i love the idea.

The staff are brilliant and the new pool is amazing with many facilities (hammocks/spas/swim-up bar/waterslides/sand beach etc). Loved the pool areas, nice to have an adults only pool. Poolbar and the sunset bar (buy 2 get one free happy hour). Breakfast was included free and had a lot of choices. Very friendly staff. Right on the beach with a vehicle free path seperating the resort from the beach. Size of the room was big and we only had the standard basic room. Cable TV. Walking distance to Mozzerella. Just next door to the Padma yet so much cheaper and in my opinion a nicer pool area.
