ABSOLUTLEY EVERYTHING! After checking into a hotel we booked online and checked out half an hour later (a whole other story) we began scouring letsbookhotel.com for somewhere cheap, clean and comfortable as a minimum. We walked to Terrace Kuta from where we had originally stayed. We were welcomed with the warmest of smiles by the staff. The young man at the front desk showed us a room and we booked immediately. I cannot describe how friendly and helpful the staff were. The cleanliness of the ho.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us aswell, very easy to get to and from places. All the other guests that stayed at hotel terrace where very respectful. I would defiantly stay at hotel terrace again. The staffs were friendly and assisted me with all of my needs throughout my entire stay. The pool access was simply amazing. The fact that the location of the hotel is very strategic as it walking distances to the shops at Legian and the beach at Kuta, a plus point definitely. It is good valuable for living. And nice place, there are many spa and massage nearly. And the hotel has been established few years ago so that the infrastructure are modern and fashion. The staffs have very good attitude and try the best to satisfy customers' requirements. I like the fact that the hotel was brand new. We stayed on the second day after it's soft opening day. The room was sleek and clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. staff were amazing breakfast was great room very nice and clean loved everything about this hotel and would definently stay again. My second stay here in a month and everything as always was fabulous.great staff and service,very accomadating..... Recommended for budget hotel with very good facilities, excelent for services..thank you to terrace hotel.. new clean cheap all staff and security Staff remembered my name. New hotel with hospitality staff.. Very very nice stafe and servese. I love the bed,so comfortable. evry think. cleanliness just ok.. new hotel. Wish we new about this place earlier in our trip. At the time there was still a lot of construction going on. So at times it was really quiet noisy and I found it disruptive & hard to sleep. The parking space was so small. I had to reverse upwards if I want to go out because there were no rooms to make a turn in the basement. Quite problematic for people staying with rental cars. However, motorbikes are more freely to park at the basement. screaming children throwing pebbles into pool and against my poolside window parents had no interest in controlling them. So far nothing. Nothing at all. nothing. request for housekeeping.. but maybe he just forgot to tidy up the room..3rd day request again to change the bedsheet and towel..but they just tidy n streghten the bedsheet..towels and others remain..not change.. the 3rd day inform receptiin..and they did chnge and tidy up the room..but surprisingly only chnge and replace 1 towel...
