Too much comfort for economic rate. Staff were too much helping. Graced with spa/pool n beautiful garden. All relaxing facilities. Too near to nightlife hot spots like sky garden disco. Also walking distance from malls n beach. My leg was broken n the staffs helped me all the way to my room n put all comfort to me n dropped me to airport. Without their help I couldn't re reached India . marvellous for cheap price.
όλα τα σχόλια » We loved everythihng about our stay at Matajari Bungalow, the staff were very polite and friendly, the location simply superb, the rooms spacious, clean and very comfortable, food delicious and affordable, the pool clean and very nice... we had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend it to families who want to have a enjoyable experience in Bali. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the wait staff could not do enough to help you, a modest hotel at affordable prices, very relaxing especially being so close to the hustle and bustle by the pool you could have thought you where miles away. i met other guests who have been going there every year so it speaks volumes to have return guests. Pool was great. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Location was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Whenever there was a problem the staff rectified it immediately. I would stay at the hotel again however, for what you get for your money in Bali I would upgrade and stay somewhere more expensive. Loved the staff they are soo friendly. The gardens are pretty. The rooms are old but they are clean and secure, we left valuables in and were safe. The location of this motel is ideal, you literally step out on legian street and your in the midst of bali shopping! I highly recommend this motel. - Very friendly stuff - Very clean - The hotel is situated on Legian street, the heart of night life, so walking to all bars will take like 5 minutes - But inside is very quet and calm - Nice pool. Really nice pool - To go to beach will take about 10-15 mins. The location is perfect for young travellers who are keen to be amongst the kuta nightlife but just far enough out of the party scene so you don't hear the nightclub music until 3am. 2 minute walk from all clubs and poppies 2. Great accom for young people!. Big clean pool with pool bar and plenty of sun loungers. Lovely garden. Tuked away in Kuta, you wouldn't realise how close you are to the busy nightlife. Nearby restaurants and spas. 20 min walk to the beach. Nice hotel. Comfortable room, but it fails in some details. Good breakfast, but not amazing. Excelent swimming pool. Nicepeople in the hotel. As described, only a few meter from the "full" action in Legian street :) but the hotel is amazing quiet en relaxing. How close it was to everything and it was on the main strip. The location was fantastic, I traveled with my daughter and boyfriend, this was their first vist to Bali the hotel was perfect for first time visitors as within days they had found their way around with the help of the hotel staff we would book this hotel again. I. peak hour when you needed to be somewhere but the drivers located outside the resort where fantastic and welcoming and made us aware of any time delays when organising trips so we could get the most out of our day- worth every cent paid! so a negative turned into appositive. Some days my room was not serviced. They never replaced toilet paper. Always had to ask for it. Once they took my towels and didnt replace them. Rooms didnt have safes in them. Lock boxes at front reception. We left our money in wallets in room and both found equivalent to $10 AUS taken from each of our wallets. Rooms slightly outdated but still nice. They claim to accept visa (and do) but try to charge 3% commission ! After a discussion, they accepted not to charge that. How the wifi was only available in the restaurant. The pool and gardens, pleasant staff, great food at restaurant. Mattress & pillows ROCK HARD! Sheets dont fit on bed properly. There was nothing we did not like. I would recommend to all, young & elderly. Nothing it was all good. tampak depan kurang terlihat. Breakfast no variant. Mosquuto's in the room and no baby sitting service. No wifi in the room. When I paid the restaurant bill at the reception while checking out, they claimed and charged 3% extra for paying with my debit card. (Not a credit card !!). I would have liked to have dvd player in room my portable would not connect to tv. Noisy schoolies. crazy trafic in legian street. wifi not available in rooms. The hotel was a title bit tired and the breakfast would have been nice if it was a buffet as the breakfast became a chore not an enjoyment. The sink was blocked. Breakfast had nothing in it. Just fruits , bread and milk. Cockroach in bathroom. I asked for ground floor double bed ONLY in the online booking but got upstairs :( They were booked out on d/b g/floor so we had to settle for twin beds. They fixed this up by the next day however & the rest of the stay was fantastic*. breakfast very limited choice .No buffet spread. same breakfast everyday and cold. bathroom facilities old and worn down. when we arrived we were asked for $65AUD deposit for room security (if we damaged anything) this was not mentioned in our booking & the amount varied between us & other guests, some were asked for $50 some were asked for cash, others for credit cards. We weren't charged anything but weren't happy about it. The male staff at reception counter is not attentive and friendly enough. Our second night was greated with rain drip from the roof strait on our face while sleeping at night at 3 am, we have to move and allign the bed so that it dont drip on the bed, request to change room the next day. New room was given but not a word of sorry or shows of symphty was shown. Infact the very next day they give the room to a new guest. Our sheets were stained and dirty, the air conditioner in the room did not work, my husband and i were given single beds, no clock or tea and coffee making facilities, pre arranged hotel driver did not collect us from the airport. It was not a very relaxing stay. bit old,, run down,,,. bats at night, stains on mattress & pillows,, dulex rooms ok.. but standards were bad. Toilet are terrible you have to wait for five minute to flash the toilet and the shower is terrible as well. The tiles in the pool weren't grouted so the sharp edges of the tiles cut the feet (some badly) of some of the group. No hot water at times toilet blocked most times young guys running wild at 3am and security doing nothing but sleeping transport was organised for 6am hotel transfer to airport was told to get taxi, was expecting there driver to take us deluxe room upgrade waist of time.
