I liked the location and the room was good. The day I checked in they were updating the tv to a bigger one, excellent! The air con is new and worked! If you are after a small hotel, this is the one. The room I was in was on the ground floor and right outside my room is the pool. Very friendly folks, nice small and well-kept place with nice flower tress, each room has it own terrace/balcony, small but refreshing pool (big bath tube;-)), good airco and wifi, hot water, tv, basic but sufficient breakfast.

Awesome! :-D And they also allow booking without credit card, which makes it even more awesome! :-D. I loved the Grand Bimasena! The staff are friendly, facilities are great and the location is excellent!. This is my second time I stayed here, I like the location. Is only a small hotel, but good value. Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and lounge area. Wonderful staff, good central location. easy access to legian rd. Staff is friendly and if you want to be in the center of the bars etc.you are in the perfect place. The location is good . The cable tv and a/c. The location is good of you like to party (not for me though) in the seedier sore of Kuta. Close to the beach, nice (but small) swimming pool, friendly staff. Suitable for low-budget travellers. The location! It is NOT in Legian, it is in the middle of Kuta. If you like Kuta, you should love this lovely hotel. But if you are like me and don't like the Kuta vibe, you only wish this cute hotel would indeed have been in Legian...:-). Pool was a little dirty!. The internet connection is slow and unreliable, the place is a construction site. A bit hard to find down a tiny back alley. the bathroom... However the pictures are definitely more nice on letsbookhotel.com than in real. It is very busy and noisy and music till 4am. Wifi is not working in the hotelrooms or poorly working. The room, hall etc. is not clean. I do not like breakfast it is single and the cup was not clean.so I just have had 3times and I give up to eat outside. Swimming pool is too small. I never try it. The room was dirty and the bathroom filthy. There was a sickening stench from the bathroom an tht door could not be closed. After burning 3 incense sticks there was no change. Breakfast was poor (no choice for food or time). It was also very noisy. The pool looked dirty and an inconvenience of having the EFTPOS machine unavailable for payment. And I paid for the superior room. ?????. Room is very sparsely decorated: a bed and a tv.
