The splendour of the hotel - it was beautiful. Everything from the grand entrance & foyer to the sumptous breakfasts with incredible range of choices. The best hotel I have ever stayed in - bar none!!

The date we checked in is my husband's birthday. The front desk realized and greeting him with " Happy birthday". Since we just stepped out the plane from 14 hrs plane ride, we both surprised with their detail customer relations. Excellent location for MRT, Shopping and business. As well as the excellent hotel restaurants it is also close to many other food outlets.
We enjoyed the great breakfast menu and also the use of the Executive Club Lounge to entertain a guest. -

it's quite pricey, but we got a good deal. But nothing beats it's location. Room is quite large for HK standard. Staff were very helpful - The bathroom is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. What amaze me is we can surf internet using their free wifi and 42" LCD TV.

One reason my family likes The Kimberley Hotel is because of its location. It is conveniently located minutes away from the MTR station, and also Hong Kong cafeterias serving excellent food. The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station.
Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there.
The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.

-The hotel is just at 5 minutes walk (through the underground shops) from Kowloon Station, one of the main station. In this station you can leave you luggage for you flight. So that you can do a day shopping and flying for example 8 hours later.

This is a fantastic hotel with impeccable service. Beautiful 500 meter high building with incredible view over harbor and Hongkong city. This is the place to stay at in HK. Dont miss the top floor bar "Ozone". Convenient with airport fast train that stops in the building.

On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.

Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Considering the small spaces in Hong Kong, Empire Hotel was reasonable spacious! The breakfast that was included in our rate was fantastic, where the restaurant was clean and tidy!
