The staff are quite impressive and well trained. The hotel is connected to MRT station and shopping mall, so it is perfect for leisure travellers. Everything, from the friendly staff, to the room on the 52nd floor. The breakfast at the Horizon Club was outstanding, with a huge choice of fresh fruit (even mango and berries, which is very seldom the case in any hotel), lots of good breads and much more.

Everything. All the staff was extremely friendly and discreet with a very warm welcoming upon arrival and a welcome complimentary tea set service while I arrived in the room. Clean room, good water pressure and temperature. Good location. Good service. We did book for 2 nights, so we could checkout at evening, but The Wesley did only charge for one day. - Very convenient and the hotel staff was excellent. The room was clean, confortable and quite large. Would definitely come here again!!..

- Got real king size beds not two double beds put together
- Room is size is appropriate for Hong Kong. Cozy for 2 and had a banquette to sit and enjoy the view near the window

* Staff very good and helpful except the door man. He ran away when we ask help to get a taxi to the airport during our departure back to our home country.
* Restaurant in the hotel ZAAN was awesome. We love the food there. Very nice and not expensive. All the people who served in the restaurant also very nice and friendly. Sam, young man who responsible and in charge for this restaurant know how to advise us and arrange the food.
* Walk to MTR Station at Pacific Place quite near, approx. 5-7 m

Great situation - value for money plus plus...great staff and an all round value for money to base yourself in Hong Kong - The comforter is very comfortable and staffs are friendly. The window is very big and the bed is beside the window.

Great location. Energy efficient room(except I couldn't turn off certain lights unless I turn off all). The staff was excellent, very helpful. The room was clean, and the staff made sure the room was made unless I requested not to. Very helpful when I asked the directions. The space including lobby and the room we have are well redecorated, fashion and bright, clean and comfortable. Staff and manager are polite and helpful. Price of the hotel probably one of the cheapist in Wanchai, at least the C/P value I figure would be the best of all hotel I been to.
