staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful............the location was excellent for my needs and i plan to stay there anytime i am in hong kong - everything, staff were very obliging, gave us late check out until 3pm, and let us stay in the execetive lounge, also upgraded us to suite room

The location of the hotel was excellent. All staff I came into contact with were very friendly, curteous and most helpful. Rooms were very clean and all our requests were dealt with immediately. The hotel was located in Kowloon close to the Olympic MTR station (about 5 minutes walk). The rooms were only small, but I believe that this is not unusual for Hong Kong. The room was clean and tidy and well stocked with toiletries the were refreshed each day.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room came with included breakfast which was adequate, but somewhat limited in variety.

Staff were very helpful and prompt to respond to our problem with the toilet in our room.
Cleanliness of the hotel in general was excellent and maid service was very good.

Our room was cleaned everyday, everything was in order when we get back
to the hotel in the evening. Bed is firm but that's okay for us as
long the comforter is clean and fresh-smelling. Location is very good
and convenient. Mtr is just across the street and bus stops a few feet
away. Breakfast, for me, is not bad, in fact food tastes good although
they have the same menu everyday.
