Location of the hotel is excellent - bus stops directly ouside and CWB MTR less than 5 mins away. - The very friendly staff made all the difference. They could not have been more helpful

The staff were very helpful and were able to advise on a pretty wide range of subjects and made useful suggestions to make travel about Kowloon easier e.g. using the shuttle bus to the Dorsett Seaview as a means of jumping off to other areas. What I like about this hotel is that the free airport shuttle bus stops right at the door step and frequency is about every 20mins interval. Then from hotel to hk station is about less than 15-20mins. Is good to stay near to hk station so that you don't have to worry about the long journey from hotel to hk station where you can check in. I found this hotel to be a great choice if travelling to Hong Kong for many reasons. It offers easy access from the airport, a clean room with a great view of the harbour all in a central location.
I took the A11 bus from the Airport and alighted at the 3rd stop (Macau Ferry Terminal) and it was a few minutes’ walk from there. (A return fare from the airport in $65HK). Although most people would rather stay around Nathan road (TST) it's easily accessible as the Sheung Wan Metro is about a 5-10

Very friendly staff. We arrived with 4 small children from the Airport,
with 7 suitcases, and yes it is hard to get up the stairs, but we
received help and made it safe and sound upstairs, checked in and had a
wonderful stay. We been looking forward to this trip for a long time.

The rooms are clean and the minimum needed in such a hot and humid city (water bottle and tea bags) are constantly provided. Also the Internet connection is pretty good. The bath space may seem too small but once inside you discover it is still convenient. To sum up, the WiFi Hotel address on Lockhart Road was also very close to that of "Berliner"

First the hotel location is really good and convenient, just about 50m
from the Sheung Wan mtr station and 5mn by foot from Central (airport
express connection) and ferries terminal (Shenzhen, Macao...).
The counter part is that some rooms (with single beds) are really noisy because directly located on Connaught Road central which has a huge traff

- Location was great, on Hong Kong island, very close to MTR and Airport Express.
- Hotel was very clean.
- Rooms a good size (we stayed in the twin room, which was bigger than I expected given Hong Kong, enough room for two and some bags, with a closet).
- Little noise (we were on 3rd floor and didn't hear any other guests or any outside noise).
