Highly recommended!! I liked everything about it! It's almost like I don't want to say too much because I was so positively surprised by how we were taken care of. I've never had a better hotel experience (even at fancy places), and it felt like staying with a nice Greek family. FYI: don't get a taxi at the port, but look for the Hotel Grotta van, they pick you up. Or you can simply walk a little ways away from the ferry (we came by ferry) and look up to your left. We were met at the harbour and taken to Vinceno Family Rooms where cold drinks were made available. I enjoyed the calm, family environment. The room was ideal for me as being on a small budget I was very happy to be able to self cater for my family due to there being a fridge in the room. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and pleasant.
Access to beaches are all via bus or a good hike away (but well worth the trip)
Therefore the pool at the hotel was a welcome extra and great for the kids.

Every care was taken to ensure my stay was pleasant. My room was comfortable and clean and the view was spectacular from the lounge. It is close enough to town, easier going down since it's above the town, so allow for time coming back up.

We spent 12 days in Sept 2013 in this location and we can say that everything was more than perfect. We are very lucky to discover the wonderfull location at Anastasia Princess in Perissa. The two brothers managing this hotel, Stavros and Lefteris, are very friendly, helpful and ready to help every guest with information about region, history of island, villages. They are making you feeling like a family member.
The hotel is very clean, very quiet, close to the beach (100 m) and to restaurants
