  This is a hotel for the no-nonsense traveler that wants to spend his time visiting the wonders of Athens. Location is one of the best in Athens for visiting everything Staff is very nice and helpful, 24h/day.   Very good location to the centre of the city - Acropolis and all other sights which you need to visit. It's easy to get to the hotel from the airport - you just need to get X95 bus and get the latest station, whole jorney will take about 45 minutes and 5 euro. It was about a 5 minute walk to Syntagma Square and the train station there which was perfect since we arrived on the train from the airport. Tons of restaurants within a few blocks, off the main streets so very quiet. The staff was very helpful with maps and directions. We were able to walk to all the major attractions with young children. They also provided a baby bed for us free of charge. They had beverages to purchase in the lobby at very reaso

  Το σημαντικότερο για εμένα είναι η τοποθεσία, ειδικά στην Αθήνα που υπάρχει μεγάλο κυκλοφοριακό πρόβλημα και τα μέσα μεταφοράς είναι προβληματικά.   The Central Hotel is very well situated in Athens in the Plaka, with a view of the Acropolis from our room, but also within a few short blocks of the main Athens shopping districts. Strolling through the plaka and vendor stalls, you will find yourself next to the ancient agora on one side and rows of tony restaurants - Location: The location is great, just a few blocks from the Syntagma Square and in walking distance to the main attractions. We took x95 from the airport but it stopped pretty far from the square and we walked about 1.5km with 4 luggages! I would recommend taking a metro or ask hotel to book a transfer: €40 one way. Staff: very friendly and helpful. We flew to Santorini after check-out and we could stored the luggages at the hotel for 2 days. Clean. It has free wifi and a roof top bar with a go

  The location of the hotel is excellent. It's in between of Syntagma Square and the Acropolis. If you're catching the X95 to the airport, it's about 5-7 minutes walk to Syntagma. It's also very close to Adrianou street, which leads to the Acropolis. The hotel also has a rooftop garden, which offers good view to the Acro - The staff were fantastic in helping us sort out our onward travel arrangements - responding quickly and positively to emails before we arrived and making phone calls when we were there. The location within easy walking distance from Syntagma Metro station makes it easy to get to and from, and it is close to the centre of Athens for sightseeing and shopping. We will go back again.
