Furthermore, Athens' political centre, the Parliament, the residences of the Greek President and Prime Minister, and the National Garden, are only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. For access to other areas and islands, head to the Port of Piraus, which is 10 minutes away by car.

The location of the hotel to the Plaka was great. The staff at Myrto hotel was incredible. They never hesitated to give directions and were always eager to lend a helping hand! They definately made our stay a pleasant one. Extremely friendly and cooperative at the reception.
Good value for money (it's not the hilton, but you don't pay a hilton price too). The staff were very attentive, and offered good advice about travel in both Greece and Turkey, based on their own experiences. όλα τα σχόλια »
Friendliness of staff, nearness to Acropolis, plaka ec. perfect location; frendly staff; good price;. Good value for money, given the location in Plaka (short walking distance to many tourist attractions). Room very basically equipped, but functional, especially for short stays. The bathrooms are a bit tired.all night noise from motor bikes refuse vehicles. absolutly no view from room; in the morning hot water became just worm after 5 minutes. Smelled like smoke. hotel is old, bathrooms in particular need updating, and I do wonder about the safety if there was a fire etc. Bathroom was very run down and the hotel and rooms smelt like cigarette smoke. Very cold as the heating was inadequate for Athens cold spell.Very shabby rooms, but location and price made up for it. needs renovatıng badly. moquette, bathrooms outside the rooms. Not at all what I expected. I did not like the hotel at all.
