We had 3 days available, to visit Meteora and the area around (Kastraki, Trikala, Plastira Lake etc.). Epavlis Suites Hotel was the best choice we made during our trip! Ισος το καλυτερο ξενοδοχειο στη Καλαμπακα. Καινουργιο, διακοσμημενο αναλογα με το περιβαλλον, φιλικοι ιδιοκτητες που σε κανουν να αισθανεσαι σαν καλεσμενος και οχι απλος πελατης. This little family hotel is all you need for 2-3 nights, during the trip to Meteora: perfect location (just on the main road to the monasteries and in the center of Kastraki), clean and functional rooms and very fair prices. All the balconies offer excellent views to Meteora, some good restaurants and markets are nearby (but without troubling the silence) and the staff is young and friendly.

The owner both husband and wife are really kind people and very helpful they were so kind as one day I had returned after Hiking Meteora mountains the whole day and was so tired and wanted something to eat for dinner (they don’t do dinner and the nearby restaurants is about 10 min walk)

Great hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable,

This is my second time in Zozas , third time in the region. Kastraki is a very small place where you can feel the mystical atmosphere of Meteora. Zozas is a wonderful place to stay at with its hospitable , very welcoming hosts. It takes a very little time to go to the monastries and Dumos describes everything in detail.
