  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  We came to this hotel on our honeymoon from the UK and we were definitely not disappointed! The owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Upon check in we were advised that we had been upgraded to a suite as we indicated on booking we would be on our honeymoon. The room was spacious and clean. I absolutely loved our stay. The hotel owners helped us find the perfect sailing cruise which helped to cement our great Grecian vacation! I honestly loved every minute here and will be coming back.

  The location was absolutely stunning as you would expect if you stay on the Calderra. Right in the heart of Thira. The room which was very clean was also gorgeous and quirky which was brilliant. The owner was extremely helpful and very welcoming. For a small fee he picked us up from the port and took us to the airport..   The hotel is super! The hotel is very well located - a three-minute walk to the cable car and the stairs that lead to the old port. We had family room. Two floors, two bedrooms, large living room. We didn't have to worry about finding a mediocre restaurant with a view because we had a 24 hour view right from the comfort of our room. And with a patio you could buy some wine or beer and sit outside as long as you wanted. Not to mention that this isn't a large hotel, so you really feel catered to.
