The staff were very polite, happy and always willing to help. upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior suite for free and we had an amazing view of the ocean and island. Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and
helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that
we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our
private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and
its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the
location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini

The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Aigialos in the Voreas house for one night in July, and wished we could have stayed for longer. The view from our balcony was stunning, the house itself was beautifully furnished in a traditional fashion, with two bedrooms, two (small) bathrooms, a kitchenette and a living area. A truly very nice hotel, where we enjoyed a lot our stay. I have read
the reviews before booking but honestly the reality was even better.. We
have been upgraded with a very fair amount of money and Yowakim and
Nicolas were amazing helpful people there! Loveliest breakfast with an
outstanding view (specially if u are I the upper levels of the hotel)

I have stayed at the Splendour Resort twice this year and it is excellent in every way the staff are the best so helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble. Beautiful view from our front door every morning! Staff were friendly
and efficient! We initially had problems with wifi but this was dealt
with promptly. It was great to have the car rental included as it took
the stress out of organising one for ourselves. Great breakfast! Tasty,
varied and plentiful! It's a great place to go for relaxation as its
quiet and the staff are low-key.

From the very first moment you feel at home thanks to the warm host and hostess of the hotel. They do everything they can to give you the time of your life. Is there anything that you didn't like??! In every corner of the hotel you will go, you won't find anything which won't like you.. The way they have decorated their rooms is wonderful!!
