  Location is good, 5-7min to the nearest S-ban and U-ban station, 3-4 stops to the city center. Owner Marc was very helpfull. We arrived early in the morning, at 8:00AM, but Mark helped us and provided luggage room without checking. Even on the Easter eve, Mark made time and helped us with connecting to internet, also explained about nearby station... τι λέει ο κόσμος » s and markets. We felt homey in the apartments, there was no lack of anything, everything worked, rooms was clean and tidy, service was excellent. We - We cannot recommend these apartments enough! Great location, great facilities and great staff! The apartment was really spacious and ideally located near two metro stations on the main line running through the city. The apartments manager Marc was really helpful and friendly and actually recomended a Vietnamese restaurant right by the apartment where we had one of the best meals of the trip! If we visit Berlin again we will definitely try to stay in Apartments City-Room Berlin next time.

  I had to find a hotel urgently and I found this one, so I paid less money with the "last minute deal" and I loved the hotel! It was extremely clean and tidy in my room, all the furnitures were still looking new, and as a woman I loved having so many mirrors in the room :) The breakfast was also great. Plus, hotel is located in a "Hof" so it is very silent, great if you wanna sleep comfortably after a long - Friendly and helpful staff, very quiet location, which came as a surprise, given the busy street address (but it is in the 2nd backyard - no noise ets through to there). Good and diverse breakfast. All in all highly recommended for the no-frills budget traveller.

  The City Holiday Apartments are situated very central. The stations for bus, tram and underground are close by. Our apartment was furnished very modernly with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice little area in front of the apartment to sit outside.   Being a hostel as well as a hotel, this hotel is more suited to groups and young couples, although people of all ages were staying there. The price was excellent for the quality of the rooms.
