  Location is good, 5-7min to the nearest S-ban and U-ban station, 3-4 stops to the city center. Owner Marc was very helpfull. We arrived early in the morning, at 8:00AM, but Mark helped us and provided luggage room without checking. We felt homey in the apartments, there was no lack of anything, everything worked, rooms was clean and tidy, service was excellent. We - We cannot recommend these apartments enough! Great location, great facilities and great staff! The apartment was really spacious and ideally located near two metro stations on the main line running through the city. The apartments manager Marc was really helpful and friendly and actually recomended a Vietnamese restaurant right by the apartment where we had one of the best meals of the trip! If we visit Berlin again we will definitely try to stay in Apartments City-Room Berlin next time.

  I had to find a hotel urgently and I found this one, so I paid less money with the "last minute deal" and I loved the hotel! It was extremely clean and tidy in my room, all the furnitures were still looking new, and as a woman I loved having so many mirrors in the room :) The breakfast was also great. Good and diverse breakfast. All in all highly recommended for the no-frills budget traveller.

Our apartment was furnished very modernly with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice little area in front of the apartment to sit outside.   Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Apartment was clean, spacious and as described on the website. Friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and the staff dealt with it promptly.
