  Great location in a walking distance to KaDeWe, Kurfurstendamm Strasse and Berlin Zoo. Subway station is just few meters away from the hotel. There is a supermarket just across a street and few restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are quite big and clean with free wi-fi. The underground station is just across the street and it's an easy 7-10 min walk to a main train\bus station.   A lovely spacious room....light-filled and airy....in a quiet, elegant section of the city...staff friendly and cool....wi fi connection just great. Close to all that I wanted to see.   It was really clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was pretty good too. I stayed in a single room with attached bathroom. Although the hotel is situated next to a train line, my windows faced an inner yard and it was nice and quiet so I slept really well. The hotel has really cosy common rooms with pool, huge TV set, boardgames etc but hardly anyone ever used it! - The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well as a movie night in the cozy TV/DVD room after browsing through the great DVD selection of the hotel. Table tennis was also great fun. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very functional.

Big hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can recommend this hotel to anyone!

  The apartment (Heidelberger Str. 3) was excellent. With a tram stop just around the corner travelling around Berlin was really easy and convenient.
