The hotel has an excellent central location. Furnishings and decor are simple but pleasant and comfortable. Staff members were amiable and went out of their way to help make my stay a good one. - Amiable, willing to oblige staff.
Located in a safe area, though central.
Very quiet, very peacefull atmosphere.

transport. Very good value for money in central Berlin. Clean and
comfortable air conditioned room, cheerful decor, excellent breakfast
which is well worth the extra ten euros. I especially liked the

το πλουσιο πρωινο που προσεφερε και η καλη τοποθεσια του, δεδομενου οτι πολυ ευκολα και γρηγορα βρισκομασταν σε κεντρικα σημεια του Βερολινου - Απλό αλλά καθαρό και σε βολική τοποθεσία. Φιλικό, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.

Very clean. Good beds, good shower. Enough space en very friendly people
working here. Basic and clean. If you walk along the road under the
railroad tracks it is about 5-10 minutes walk from hauptbahnhof. (Exit

Loved it very much! Italian restaurand, with good food for little money and friendly staff, next door made my kitchenett pontless, and i don't regret it. it's very close to many "must see" places. Really 5 minutes walk to Haupbanhoff (with heavy luggages add extra 10 minutes time), by taxi 1,5 minutes to drive. No screaming party drunks were heard in 5 days of my stay. suits very well for families.

I only stayed one night, but it was very nice. A big clean room with a big comfortable bed, a nice desk to work in the window, and fast wifi. It is an easy walk from the U-Bahn station.
The hosts were very welcoming. I arrived wet from the rain, and they put out hot tea for me, and even loaned me an umbrella for the day.

We loved everything! The location is perfect. the facility is very clean. The continental breakfast was just right. Is located between 2 ubahn stations ( wittenbach and the one we used Nollendorf.) There are many nice cafes within 2 blocks and a wonderful grocery store across the street. It is just 2 blocks to KaDeWe and a post office.

For a short ( 3 night) stay in central Berlin, we found it very good value for money. The rooms were very basic, but clean. We were really only at the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt. Plus the fact that the hotel is 5 minutes from a major u-bahn station, 10 min. away from the Berlinale center, in a lively but safe neighborhood. -

It was really clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was pretty good too. I stayed in a single room with attached bathroom. Although the hotel is situated next to a train line, my windows faced an inner yard and it was nice and quiet so I slept really well. The hotel has really cosy common rooms with pool, huge TV set, boardgames etc but hardly anyone ever used it! -
The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well as a movie night in the cozy TV/DVD room after browsing through the great DVD selection of the hotel. Table tennis was also great fun. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very functional.
