  The stay at Boxhagener Höfe was the best experience I have ever had, in and out Berlin. I regularly stay in hotels but this stay was just perfect. The welcome is very warm and sincere.   The Hotel is very new and very attractively decorated. The room we had was very big - it had 3 beds in it and a settee! The location is excellent for using the S-bahn - about a 3 minute walk from the station. The staff are very freindly and helpful.   Very modern and new, bathroom was spotless (probably one of the best I've ever stayed in), however unfortunately the floor was filthy. So much dust that any clothes dropped were covered.
