We needed a hotel which had a late check in as our flight was due in at 10pm. The Hotel Manager was very helpful and helped us with understanding the public transport system. - Everything was fine. This is one of the best holiday accommodations I have ever stayed in. It was very comfortable and like staying in a 5* hotel. The area is very cool with lots of restaurants and bars plus it still has the feeling of 'Old Berlin' about it.
Very handy for rail connections.
The staff are truly excellent and very welcoming, it was like staying with a close friend, you can't say better than that.

The Hotel is very new and very attractively decorated. The room we had was very big - it had 3 beds in it and a settee! The location is excellent for using the S-bahn - about a 3 minute walk from the station. The staff are very freindly and helpful. Very modern and new, bathroom was spotless (probably one of the best I've ever stayed in), however unfortunately the floor was filthy. So much dust that any clothes dropped were covered. Good location, close to all areas when hiring a bike.
