  Everything - it was a dream to stay with you. Your staff was wonderful, the rooms very comfortable and the breakfast, just right! Possibly an espresso machine would have added to this. - Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, convenient to autoroutes

  We used booking .com reveiws to see how good the hotels were in Val Thoren. This hotel got really good reveiws and when we arrived at the hotel it was all true. The staff very helpful and friendly , the appartment clean and comfortable and we even got a welcome pack. Clean apartment. Friendly and helpful staff.

  Fantastic position overlooking the lovely village of Champagny, and across the road from the chairlift. Rene and Genevieve are kind and helpful, and upgraded us to a larger unit when we arrived. We didn't have time to check the facilities but the swimming pool looked nice. I would definitely recommand the place.

  This is a friendly,family run hotel in a big ressort where personal touch is apparent and not a large impersonal hotel. Nothing is too much for Madame and Monsieur - they alter their schedule to suit the needs of guests - ie providing breakfast 3/4 of an hour earlier on the saturday we left.
