  We used booking .com reveiws to see how good the hotels were in Val Thoren. This hotel got really good reveiws and when we arrived at the hotel it was all true. The staff very helpful and friendly , the appartment clean and comfortable and we even got a welcome pack.   Fantastic position overlooking the lovely village of Champagny, and across the road from the chairlift. Rene and Genevieve are kind and helpful, and upgraded us to a larger unit when we arrived. The units have everything you need and the heated pool is a treat. - The people working there were really nice and welcoming, the aparment we got was cle... o que as pessoas dizem » an, well equipped, with a great view over the mountains. We didn't have time to check the facilities but the swimming pool looked nice. I would definitely recommand the place.

  This is a friendly,family run hotel in a big ressort where personal touch is apparent and not a large impersonal hotel. Nothing is too much for Madame and Monsieur - they alter their schedule to suit the needs of guests - ie providing breakfast 3/4 of an hour earlier on the saturday we left.
