Staff could not have made us more welcome, nothing was a problem. Spotlessly clean. Restaurant attached was wonderful and good value for money. Decor and ambience were lovely. Very convenient to airport. We hope to return.

The veranda restaurant overlooks some superb countryside, the food was delicious and good value with an interesting selection of local wines. The staff were friendly and informative. -

Enjoyed 3 nights of luxury during 5 weeks in France. Loved the quiet location (car GPS needed to find it the first time), but only a short drive into Carcassonne. Our junior suite was huge with contemporary but classic décor; separate shower & big bath, and toilet; king-size bed; block out shutters & thick walls so we slept well. Free coff

We received an excellent welcome from the owner who supplied us with full information about the area which we wouldn't have got from a travel book.
The chateau has been restored into a contemporary hotel with excellent fittings and wi fi. Our suite was very large, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is about an 8 minute drive from Carcassonne. It is worth visiting the Canal du Midi at Trebes and the picturesque Legrasse.

My boyfriend & I both loved staying here, we stayed in room 3 & we were able to walk straight onto garden & to pool. I loved sharing Frans routines (observing ) with her animals, birds and
chickens. Seeing all the small birds in the cherry tree at breakfast
was the best sight I've seen for ages. We were able to quickly
access walks; the river aude is at the bottom of the garden. Our
landlady was a fund of local knowledge for which we were very grateful.

Beautiful location, great rooms and amazing food. We stayed there with our 6 year old son and he was made feel very welcome too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a terrific place. Perfect for a special occasion or just to enjoy the beautiful scenery around and relax with good food and wine. -

the suite was great, a good size and the huge bath tub and wet room were lovely. the hotel gardens are very classy and the location next to the entrance to the walled city was perfect to stroll to. The car park is secure which was important to us. -

The first thing you notice when you arrive at the Clarion Suites-Ile
