Easy to find, overlooking large park/citadel, yet accessible via the old streets to the heart of the city.Very relaxed atmosphere - more like staying in someone's home. Large, light, spacious room and considering location, quiet. Art and décor modern and bright.
Gave my daughter (who was not staying) breakfast with us complimentary on both days, which was a nice bonus!

We returned to the wonderful best Western Why for a night to attend the Lille Braderie. This is a great comfy little hotel with good sound proofing, great views and an excellent position just off the Grand Place. The guy who dealt with us on reception was very very kind and efficient.
This hotel is a little gem....modern, chic, perfectly placed for the centre of town.
Room was stunning, new, fresh and very trendy. High quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Nespresso machine with genuine cartridges. Free mini bar. It really couldn't get any better. If you have chance book a lunchtime meal, the chef is clearly very good. I will definitely return!

Everything, as long as you don't mind 10 minute walk to city. Buffet in Brasserie for both breakfast & dinner was very good and decent value considering range of food and quality. -
Spacious room with appealing design features and all that you'd expect for a luxury boutique hotel. SteAm and sauna were clean and welcoming.

A hidden gem. Probably the best design / boutique hotel I have ever
stayed in. Extremely comfortable room, spacy bathroom, very helpfull

Top marks for this hotel - it was situated in the centre of everything and the staff were very personable and friendly. The room was perfect and had lovely views over the Centre. - everything was great - the location is perfect, the room was clean and charming - I will come back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been
renovated and everything has a "new" look about it. The
rooms are very well lit so reading in bed is not a problem. All rooms
are easily accessible to wheelchairs - stairlift, elevator are

The staff simply couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
The room was spotless - perhaps just a tad clinical as a result- and they gave us the car-park tag to keep overnight as we were leaving first thing in the morning, before anyone would have been around. The location was excellent - right in the heart of Lille, but in a side street so it was relatively quiet overnight.

Booking a brand new Campanile is foolproof. Rooms are better than they ever were. Perfect beds, wifi pretty good, great new rain showers. Staff is cordial and professional. Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from Eurostar, and right in thecentre of town. The bedroom and bathroom was extremely clean, very impressed by this. The inroom entertainment allows FREE access to all movies, which is really useful. Very modern interior, relaxing communal areas, very helpful and friendly staff, location to Eurostar terminal - They are on great location, easy access to Lille Europe. They have very friendly staff and rooms are very nice and comfortable.
