We had a great, spacious room with comfortable bed, great breakfast bar bench, excellent remote controlled blinds, a modern bathroom, wooden floors and lovely high ceilings. Gave my daughter (who was not staying) breakfast with us complimentary on both days, which was a nice bonus!

This is a great comfy little hotel with good sound proofing, great views and an excellent position just off the Grand Place. Nespresso machine with genuine cartridges. Free mini bar. It really couldn't get any better. If you have chance book a lunchtime meal, the chef is clearly very good. I will definitely return!

I had stayed in different hotels in Lille before but finally found the one that I will definitely come back to next time.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been renovated and everything has a "new" look about it. The rooms are very well lit so reading in bed is not a problem. All rooms are easily accessible to wheelchairs - stairlift, elevator are available. The mattresses are very comfortable, I.E. not too soft. The room was spotless - perhaps just a tad clinical as a result- and they gave us the car-park tag to keep overnight as we were leaving first thing in the morning, before anyone would have been around. The location was excellent - right in the heart of Lille, but in a side street so it was relatively quiet overnight.
